1. Who we are
Deesk AI is operated by Pasquale Pillitteri (sole proprietor). Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, and you are not charged again after that.
3. Refunds
You can request a refund within 14 days of a transaction. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval. Refunds outside this window are granted only where required by applicable law.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@deesk.ai with your account email and the transaction reference, or request it directly through Paddle at paddle.net. We reply to refund requests within one business day.
